How to Import SourcinBox Products to Your Store?

Step 1

Go to Manage Products - Marketplace. You can select by categories, keywords, or image to find the product you want.

Click "Search by Image" and select a product image. Then it will show you products that are the same as or similar to the image.

Step 2

You can click to open the product detail and check if it is what you want. Then click "Add to Import List".

Step 3

Open Import List and you can edit the product title, tags, descriptions, variants, images, exchange rate , and pricing before importing it to your store.

Step 4

Click "Import" and select a store and collection and then click "Confirm" to import.

The import process takes 1-5 minutes. And you can wait a moment and refresh the page. You will find the product in your store when it is imported successfully.

What is A Manager Code? How to Get One?

If you want a manager code, you can only get it by contacting us. As follows:

How to Request Sourcing for Your Products?

Through our 'Sourcing' feature, you can easily send your sourcing requests and manage the products to be sourced. It enables you to send product links/ images directly to us on SoucinBox.

Step 1

Click "Post Sourcing Request".

Step 2

You may choose to send us sourcing requests for the existing products in your store or send us links and images of other products you want to sell.

Request Sourcing for Your Store Product

Once your store is connected with SourcinBox, all your store products (both Connected and Disconnected) will be synchronized with SourcinBox. You can search out the store product you want us to source for you and click "Request Sourcing".

Request Sourcing for Other Products

You can request sourcing for other products by uploading the product's image (PNG/JPG Image less than 30MB), title, and URL.

Step 3

Once a sourcing request is sent to us, your customer manager can see and check it for you. You can check the processing status of your sourcing requests on SourcinBox.

How to Connect Shopify Store with SourcinBox?

Step 1

Open Manage Stores section and click "Connect" for Shopify.

Step 2

Click "Add Shopify Store" and you will be directed to the Shopify App Store.

Click "Install" and log in to your Shopify store to authorize SourcinBox.

Click "Install app" to finish the authorization and you’ll be directed back to SourcinBox.

Once your store is connected successfully, it will be listed in the Manage Stores section.

How to Wholesale Products/ Buy Samples on SourcinBox?

The "Wholesaler" module on SourcinBox is for those who want to wholesale products, buy samples, and make a test order.

Step 1

Find the product you want and open the Product Detail, select the color, size, and specification, enter the product quantity, and then click "Add to Wholesale Cart".

Step 2

You can edit the product quantity in the Wholesale Cart before checkout, and then click "Checkout" to proceed.

Add a shipping address you want us to ship the products to, and you can add an order note if you have any.

Select a shipping method for the order and click "Checkout" to proceed.

Step 3

You can select a payment method and click "Pay Now" to finish the purchasement, or you can pay for it later in the Manage Orders - Wholesale Orders section.
