How to Open Support Tickets for Your Orders?

To improve the efficiency of dealing with after-sales problems, SourcinBox provides the Support Tickets feature. Now follow the easy steps below to use this feature.

Support Tickets is used for after-sale issues, so the tickets can only be opened for orders that you have already paid for.

For example, you want to open a support ticket for order #608.

Open the Dropshipper Orders page.

Find order #608, click the "Open Tickets" button.


Here is the detail of the support ticket. You can send the order problem description and screenshots in the Chat room field.


You can check and manage your support tickets in the Support Tickets section
