# What is The Order Processing Time on SourcinBox?

When we receive your orders, we usually take **3-5 days** to process the orders.

Usually, products have no inventory in our warehouse because we don't produce products. We work directly with Chinese manufacturers and we are actually a sourcing agent.

So once we receive an order, we will purchase the product from the corresponding manufacturer and wait for the products to be delivered to our warehouse. This usually takes **about 3 days**.

Once the product arrives, we will check the product quality, and repack it, it will take **about 1-2 days** to ship.

If the product is custom-made, the product may take longer to process.

### How to shorten order processing time?

If you have stable daily or weekly orders, we suggest you [buy some products in advance as stock](/en/article/how-to-buy-inventory-on-sourcinbox-app-shorten-the-processing-time-97dn5w/) and store them in our warehouse for free.

**In this case, the products can be processed and stored there in advance. When you have orders for these products, we can ship them out within 24 hours.**
